Using an innovative mixed methods
approach, I have developed an
“environmental scan” designed to
measure the extent to which mentors and
mentees engage in significant mentoring
activities. Armed with this information, a
firm can then implement improvements to
their mentor program
with immediate benefits to associate
morale and retention.
